What is E-Learning and how will it help me?
E-Learning is electronically supported learning and teaching. It can be self-paced or instructor led. This curse is a mixture of both. It is delivered by the internet including images, animation, video streaming and audio. It is a cost effective, convenient learning method.
What are the advantages of using E-Learning?
It’s flexible, it can be scheduled around your personal and work schedules making it very time efficient. There are no travel costs which can be incurred with traditional “live” training. It’s tailored to your needs, with self-paced learning and you can select your learning materials that meet your knowledge and interest.
What does an E-Learning course usually involve for participants?
You watch video, audio and animation content; learning is assisted through interactive question sections and additional written content which can be viewed later.

How much does the course cost?
The full 4 week online course is £47 unless you have been issued special discount codes
I do not have an email address. Can I still register with E-Learning?
No, you need to set up an email account for us to securely send you your login details.
I have entered my details incorrectly, can I alter them?
Yes, once you have logged in to the system you can use the My Profile section to alter your information. If you have registered the wrong email address then please contact the office on +44 (0) 7956 417479
Watching the Course
How do I log into the course?
Click the link provided in your confirmation email and log-in to the system using your email and password.
What are the system requirements?
You will need a computer with either Windows or Mac, a web browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome, and an Internet connection.
Is the training available in other languages?
Not at this time, the training is only available in English.
Do I have to watch the sections in order?
We would recommend that you watch the sections in order. However, you can skip to whichever part you wish using the menu on the left hand side.
How do I view full-screen?
Click the square icon in the bottom right hand corner when playing the course.
Do I need headphones?
We recommend that you use headphones to maximise your learning, however it is possible to watch the program using speakers instead.
What if I’ve missed a section?
You can click back to any section at any time during the course using the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
How long does the training take?
If played continuously, the course will take about 3 hours and 20mins to complete, however, the course can be paused at any time.
Can I pause and resume my training?
Yes you can pause the training at anytime and when you resume it anytime you wish. The system remembers where you left off. There is also a progress bar at the bottom of the screen as you watch

Technical Problems
What if the content, sound or video doesn’t load?
Try refreshing the page, if this does not work please make sure you are connected to a strong internet connection. Connection when in public places or on trains may be very slow and intermittent, we recommend against viewing the course in places such as these. If you are still experiencing problems please contact us for technical support.
What do I do if my screen freezes?
Try refreshing the page, if this doesn’t work, close any additional programs which require an internet connection and try again. If your browser becomes non-responsive, you may need to restart your web browser. Please contact us if this does not resolve the issue.
How do I report a broken link?

My company has a firewall. Will that affect my ability to use the course?
No, it shouldn’t. However, if it does, you will need to request that your IT Administrator allow access to our website.
